Who we are
Mielikkix is an AI software and SaaS company based in Norway. We help businesses use artificial intelligence to work smarter, automate faster and create better customer experiences. We build practical AI solutions that go beyond simple chatbots: AI customer service, sales and lead automation, multi-agent AI systems, custom AI software and integrations with the tools a business already uses. Our goal is simple: make AI useful, accessible and measurable for real businesses.
Why "Mielikki"?
In Finnish mythology, Mielikki is the goddess of the forest, a guardian who watches over what is hers and makes sure nothing gets lost under her care. That is the job we wanted our product to do for the businesses that use it: stand watch, catch every visitor who shows up, and make sure no one wanders off unanswered.
The problem
Most businesses lose time and leads to repetitive, manual work: missed calls, slow replies, manual appointment booking, repetitive support requests and leads that slip away outside office hours.
